Saturday, June 22: "Revision is a discovery” with Michelle Bailat-Jones This workshop will give you new tools to revise your work focusing on its structure – the macro view – as well as on various other elements – the micro view. We'll explore diagramming in order to SEE your work, reading as a writer, and radical revision approaches. The workshop is geared to writers of fiction and creative nonfiction. If you’d like, please bring along a piece of work (chapter, scene or series of scenes, essay draft, etc.) that you are currently hoping to revise. We won’t be sharing or workshopping the work that you bring, but having it will help you apply these revision techniques to your work.
