The Writer’s Toolbox: POV and Voice with Anne Korkeakivi
What will our readers experience as they read our stories? What do we the writers want them to feel, see, hear, learn—at any given stage of a manuscript? The essential narrative elements of POV (point of view) and voice lend the writer immense control. POV and voice are not the same thing, though! In this workshop, suitable for writers of all levels, we’ll examine various approaches to POV and how they affect a manuscript, as well as the all-elusive question of what is voice.
Bring pen and paper, because you will be writing.
